MISSION STATEMENT
In line with the vision of the Agape House New Testament church, the Worship/Music ministry seeks to promote praise and worship of our Lord Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit and gift of talents within us from birth as sons and daughters of the covenant.
VISION
The establishment of a Christian choir on the assurance of God’s word to create praise and worship song ministration for the church, which is the body of Christ.
KEY NOTE FROM MUSIC DIRECTOR (Minister Stephen Asare)
Worship is the honor, reverence and homage paid to God. The Hebrew word for worship is “Shahah” meaning, “to bow down” i.e. to prostrate oneself. In true worship we need to devote the will to God’s purpose while, also opening the heart to God’s love. True worship brings total freedom. In Acts 16:26 Paul and Silas did not cry for help from the gatekeepers. They knew the secret of worship setting them free. Set the atmosphere of true worship now:
- Do you have a great voice?
- Do you desire to praise and worship the Father with your gift of singing?
